By accessing abhyudayenterprises.com or procuring services from Abhyuday Enterprises (in Charlotte, USA or Indore, India), you accept these Terms & Conditions. We specialize in B2B enterprise AI solutions and IT professional services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All core algorithmic models, software codebases (unless otherwise open-sourced), and UI/UX designs associated with our products—such as the PII PDF Redactor, Coverage Verification systems, and our proprietary AI Chatbots—remain the intellectual property of Abhyuday Enterprises until formally transferred via customized enterprise contracts.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & IT Staffing

Our IT services encompass varying project execution models:

  • Time and Materials (T&M): Billed strictly on human-capital deployment specifically in Java, .NET, Python, and AI/ML ecosystems.
  • Fixed Fee: End-to-end IT delivery managed by our agile PMs and DevOps teams, guaranteeing specific organizational deliverables.

4. Liability & Insurance Platforms

While our automated models for insurance data coverage verification provide exceptionally high accuracy rates, they are designed as augmentative enterprise software. Abhyuday Enterprises assumes no ultimate liability for manual claim outcomes or misconfigurations resulting from third-party integrations.

5. Jurisdiction

Depending on the operating center of your specific contract, legal disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws in the State of North Carolina, USA, or the Republic of India as defined in the associated Master Service Agreement.
